We have extensive knowledge of commissioning and operating clarification and continuous sand filtration plants throughout the UK and Ireland. The processes range from the treatment of raw water for potable use, to tertiary treatment of domestic sewage.
The experience gained from the numerous plants we have been involved with, enables us to produce a comprehensive commissioning plan and to quickly assess and resolve issues as they arise during the commissioning phase.

Process Commissioning at Iggesund Paperboard
Our client left the whole project in the safe hands of our team and engineers. This resulted in us carrying out both the consultant role and the commissioning engineer role at the same time. Our role included:
- Process and design consultancy
- Production of commissioning manuals
- Chemical commissioning of at least 5 dosing systems, which included sulphuric acid, caustic polyaluminium chloride (PAC), sodium hypochlorite and polymer
- Process commissioning of 28 off continuous sand filter units, 1 off the Lamella Clarifier
- Commissioning of all site flow and analytical monitoring units
- Training of plant operators
